360 DCL Triathlon Camp

The camp will be led by DCL's founder and coach, David C. Lauria, CSC, CES brings his 17 years of Strength and Conditioning and College cycling coach experience to you. David has worked for several health clubs in the Philadelphia area as well as working as a strength and conditioning coach for the University of Pennsylvania, Villanova University, Cabrini College and now the former Hartwick college. He currently serves as the head strength and conditioning coordinator for the men's soccer and women's water polo Division I programs. During the camp, athletes will train on the same course used.

DCL Professor Sport Training, is an efficient and effective way to strengthen your muscles and lose weight. DCL professor sport trainning combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a fast-paced, full-body workout. DCL professor sport training is a high-intensity interval training program.   

DCL professor sport training keeps you moving quicklyfrom one exercise to the next with little or no rest between. All the major muscles groups are worked, alternating with 30-second to 1-minute intervals of cardiovascular exercises. DCL professor sport training will challenge your heart, lungs and muscles at an intense level. You might be forced to push your body further than you would by yourself. This is good for showing you what you are capable of doing. 

DCL professor sport trainning are high-intensity, military-inspired workouts. The best professor sport trainning exercises are ones that help you burn calories and that can be done safely by the majority of participants. The best exercises should emphasize the fundamental sport trainning principles of agility, cardio and strength.
